Your 2008 Hockenheim German Grand Prix Preview

This year we're back at Hockenheim for the German Grand Prix. Remember that for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 the German Grand Prix (aka the Grand Prix of Europe) rotates between the Hockenheim and Nurburgring tracks.

The Hockenheim German Grand Prix includes 67 laps over a 4.574 km (2.842 mile) circuit for a total race distance of 306.458 km (190.424 miles). The fast lap record holder is Kimi Raikkonen in 2004 with a time of 1:13.780.

Past top three finishes at the German Grand Prix include: Alonso, Massa, Webber (2007 at Nurburgring), M. Schumacher, Massa, Raikkonen (2006), Alonso, Montoya, Button (2005), M. Schumacher, Button, Alonso (2004), Montoya, Coulthard (2003).
