Top Drivers to Battle from Back in Kansas

The Road Runner Turbo Indy 300 at Kansas Speedway is looking like it is going to be a very, very interesting race.

Rahal is on the pole (first pole for him on an oval) and NHLR teammate Doornbos starting next to him in position two. Patrick and Dixon complete the second row.

Pushing hard from the back will be Franchitti and Castroneves. Both were penalized for driving below the white line in qualifying. A tough break for both of them since they were pushing very hard and posting great times. Rahal qualified with a total time (four laps) of 01:43.5819. Franchitti ended with 01:43.7506 and Castroneves with 01:43.8049. You can expect them to be hauling ass to regain position.

A new addition the race is Duno. She has entered her first race of the year and is sitting mid-pack in row six.
