You will have to wait until the local officials and IndyCar determine whether there will be future Indy events in Australia. Keep an eye on this site for updates and the Nikon Indy 300’s website for additional information. As mentioned in a prior post (http://www.elementofspeed.com/two-weeks-until-nikon-indy-300) regardless of IndyCar’s involvement there is a commitment from the Gold Coast Indy to host the V-8 Super Car Series on October 22-25, 2009. Hopefully there will be an agreement very soon.
