Grand-Am KONI Series
The Grand-Am KONI Challenge Series is a showcase for the latest in international and American-made high performance sports cars, coupes and sedans straight from the dealer showroom floor with major modifications for safety only. Like the Rolex Series, the Koni Series runs two separate classes of cars. The Grand Sport (GS) series allows exotic international cars to compete against the big engine cars of America. The smaller Street Tuner class races import and compact cars. The two classes race separately although, interestingly, they come together for two races each year.

Engine manufacturers for the ST Class are: Acura, Audi, BMW, Chevrolet (Corvette), Dodge, Honda, Hyundai, Lexus, Mazda, Mini Cooper, Nissan, Subaru and Volkswagen. Engine manufacturers for the GS Class are: BMW, Cadillac, Ford, Nissan, Pontiac and Porsche |
